Darren Criss' 26th Birthday

- Fans banded together and rented a banner plane to fly over Paramount Studios with the message,
"Happy 26th Darren Criss, The Sky's The Limit."
- An original song was composed entitled, "The Authentic You" by compiling answers to a twitter Q&A.
- A slideshow of messages was created for Darren from fans across the globe.
- We raised over $1300 for The Trevor Project in Darren's name.

- Fans gifted Darren with an indoor skydiving package for him and four friends.
- A calendar sale raised $700 for The Trevor Project.
- General donations along with the calendar sale raised over $2500 for The Trevor Project in Darren's name.
Darren Criss' 28th Birthday

- "Darren's Bitchin' Birthday Basket" was created including hand picted items (see pic below). It was hand delivered to Darren's management on the day before his birthday, and included a custom card listing the names of all the contributors.
- Over $2800 was raised for The Trevor Project in Darren's name.
Operation "Flower Power"
Darren's Hedwig Debut
To celebrate Darren's role as "Hedwig" in the Brodway smash "Hedwig and the Angry Inch," fans came together to purchase floral arrangements for Darren and his Mama. They were delivered to the stage door on opening night. We received an email from Darren's manager Ricky with a note from Mama Criss about her flowers, and Darren kept his in his dressing room!
Gleeful Goodbyes
As a final farewell to Glee, we created "Gleeful Goodbyes" in a similar fashion to our annual DCED. We created cards, and during the week leading up to the series finale, we tweeted encouragements and thank you's to the Glee cast and crew.
Darren Criss' 29th Birthday

What a fin and unique birthday project we had this year. Thanks to the generous hearts of Darren's incredible fans, we were able to raise $3041 for The Trevor Project thanks to our Classy.org fundraiser. How cool is that?

In our continued effort to show our support to Darren in a tangible way, fans also raised $250 to provide a custom piece for sound-wave art for Darren. This unique piece (see photos below) contained the sound wave of Mama Criss saying "you're part of my world."

Operation: Hedwig Homecoming
To celebrate Darren's return as HEDWIG in the "Hedwig and The Angry Inch" travelling Broadway show, fans raised money to provide opening night flowers for his first show in San Francisco.

For Darren's 31st birthday, we held our annual fundraiser for Trevor Project and raised $3346.

We put a new twist on things, offering prizes as incentives to donors.
All donors had the chance to win a hand-written page of Darren's setlist from the Dec 15th show at the Globe in LA.
Donors who contributed $20 or more over the course of the campaign were entered into a drawing for this rare

We know how much Darren seems to appreciate hearing how he has inspired and positively impacted fans, so rather than giving him a tangible birthday gift, we launched the "Inspired By Darren" project.

Fans sent us stories about how they were inspired by Darren, or about the impact he has had on them, and we compiled them and sent them to Darren. On his birthday fans Tweeted short versions of their inspiration stories, using the #InspiredByDarren hashtag.
ACS Versace Premiere Project
ACS Versace Finale Project
For the show's finale in the US/Canada/LatAm on March 21 & 22, 2018, we wanted to thank the cast and crew for bringing us this incredible show.
We worked on this project, like the ACS premiere project, with the folks who run Edgar Ramirez' website & social media and with a couple Ricky Martin fan groups, as well as the Darren Brazil & Glee Brazil and Darren Mexico accounts.
We coordinate an effort for fans to Tweet using the hashtag #ThanksForACSVersace and tag the people involved with the show (or hashtagging their names for those without an active Twitter account). We also revived the #WeAreProudOfYouDarren tag.

Darren's Emmy Project

We hadn’t wanted to make assumptions about the outcome before it actually happened, so we didn’t plan a big project ahead of time as we do for other occasions. But once he won we knew fans would want to do something to congratulate him.
With Elsie Fest coming up, we had a unique opportunity to plan something that could be pulled off in person. At the same time, we knew Darren wouldn’t want to take the focus away from the other performers or the event itself.
